About me
Hello, I am Davide Biondi
I am Italian by origin, and Gran Canaria has become my home.
Over the years I have worked in a number of different fields and come to know the island from very different perspectives. That experience has allowed me to understand not only its property market, but also its way of life, its areas and what people are looking for when they decide to settle here, to invest or to begin a new chapter.
Today I lead Canarias Paradise Real Estate in Arguineguín, with one clear idea: to offer a service that is close, transparent and personal.
I know that buying, selling or renting a property is an important decision, especially when it is made from another country. That is why I like to accompany every client personally, to listen to what they really need and to speak plainly, even when a property is not the right one.
I work with local and international clients and collaborate with professionals and agencies within the Canaries and beyond, so that I can offer more possibilities while always keeping things direct and personal.
For me, real estate is not simply about showing properties. It is about people, trust and long-term relationships.
